EisenhourEisenhour collects no data.
This page says what that means in practice: what the app stores, where, what it asks permission for, and what leaves your phone. The short version is that nothing leaves your phone unless you send it somewhere yourself.
What the app stores
Eisenhour keeps everything you create in a database on your iPhone: life areas, tasks and their steps, time blocks, focus sessions, cards, and your settings. That database is part of your device backup (iCloud or a computer), which is Apple's and under your control. We have no copy of it and no way to read it.
What the app does not do
- No account. There is nothing to sign up for and no login.
- No server of ours. The app makes no connection to any service we run, because there is none.
- No analytics, crash reporting or advertising SDKs. No third-party code in the app reports anything about you to anyone.
- No tracking across apps or websites, and no identifiers collected for that purpose.

Permissions the app may ask for
Calendars
If you open the Calendar tab and choose to allow access, the app reads the events from the calendars on your phone to draw them beside your plan. Those events stay on the phone; they are not copied into the app's database and are never uploaded. If you are a Pro user and choose to copy a time block out to a calendar, the app writes that one event to the calendar you picked, through your own calendar account, and keeps it updated or removes it when you change or clear the block. Nothing from your calendars is read back into a task. Access is only requested when you use these features, and can be withdrawn at any time in iOS Settings; the rest of the app works without it.
Notifications
When you start a focus session, the app asks for permission to show notifications so the timer can ring while the phone is locked. These are local notifications scheduled on the device. The app has no push notification capability and no server that could send one.
What can leave your phone, by your choice
- Sharing. When you share a task as text, or a card as an image or PDF, iOS hands that content to whatever app you pick. Where it goes from there is between you and that app.
- Export. Pro users can export all their data as a single file. You choose where to save it.
- Calendar copies. Described above; they travel through your own calendar account.
Purchases
Eisenhour Pro is bought through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple handles payment and keeps the purchase record; we never see your payment details, name or email. The app checks with the App Store whether the purchase exists to unlock Pro, and shows the price the store reports for your region.
Children
Eisenhour is rated 4+ and collects no personal information from anyone, of any age.
Changes
If the app ever gains a feature that sends data somewhere, such as optional sync between devices, this policy will be updated before that feature ships, the app will ask before turning it on, and the App Store privacy label will change to match. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
